Daytum displays does a remarkable job of displaying the tedious detail of my life over the last 7 days. I’m currently trying to cut down on alcohol and coffee, manage my asthma, and trying to eat more fruit, get more sleep and drink more water. I’m also trying to keep my BMI between 18.5 and 19.9. The coffee, sleep, asthma and weight maintenance are all in aid of my cycling goals. These are to do a Super Randonneur series (200km, 300km, 400km, 600km), do a R70 standard SR Series (200km, 300km, 400km, 600km), and ride LEL2013 (1400km). The alcohol, fruit and water can be thought of as mediators of my weight loss strategy. It’s like a complex intervention on myself, see. I also self-monitor my diet and my exercise. This is done using myfitnesspal, runkeeper and mycyclinglog. Below are a few widgets displaying some data from them. As well as the other cycling goals I’m aiming for, I’m also aiming for 13,500km total cycling this year. Really, I’d like to do 15,000km but that would be silly. I’m also putting my myfitnesspal data into my post stream.
